First, this is not all of them; there was a better list that was on the board and got lost when the board crashed once. There were a couple of beauties in that one about being a wine connoisseur and frequenting art galleries (still, I think the tanning salon one is the pick of the litter ~ intentional or unintentional humor? That's the art of Rich).
Second, It's quite conceivable Rich was writing loans on the beach and pulling dough in pretty hard. These were the go-go Florida real estate days when a dead person, let alone a brain injured one, could broker loans to anyone.

I'll put it in perspective for ya: I just came back from a 12 mile mountain-bike sprint. At the halfway mark, as is my routine, I stopped at the local tanning salon. One of the customers there is a pro wrestler. . .
Maybe I should be like YOU clowns and marry the first decent woman who'd charitably give me the time of day! Sorry; doesn't work that way for me. I never bragged before but I've ALWAYS gotten hot chicks, and right now I'm doing better than ever in that department.
