When I was little I would hang out at Fros box van and clean his helmet a couple times. Years later he remembered me and broughtt me onto FOX radio at Loretta Lynns.
This past year in Vegas my gf and I got Kenny Roczen into a club in Vegas at the shoot out. Pretty much hung with him, his dad and a couple friends for a couple hours.
Those are just a few.

I hung out on the set of several Miami Vice episodes with Philip M Thomas and Don Johnson in the late 80's.
I spent the day with Roger DeCoster at American Honda.
I had dinner with Freddie Spencer in Suzuka, Japan.
I've met Santa Clause on numerous occasions as well !!!!
Got in a fist fight with Magoo after humping his chick
grew up with Tiger Woods and drove him to HS (he lived down the street from me).
NO ONE is more famous on this planet than him so good luck with that one! haha
Funny part compared to "today's riders" is that we walked across from the stadium to Burger King for lunch just before practice, and then had Pizza Hut delivered to Denny's hotel room for dinner just before the main event. Aldon Baker would have shit bricks.
In late '87, I raced a regional event at Blythe Raceway. Broc Glover and Doug Dubach both entered the 250 pro class, which I had just moved into earlier that year.
This was my first "big" pro race, and even though I knew I would get smoked I still wanted a good gate pick so I went to the line really early. I was the first person at the gate for that class, and of course about 5 minutes later 2 mechanics come pushing 2 YZ250's up to the gate and pick the spots on both sides of me. I wish I would have at least had a picture of me starting between Glover and Dubach, because that was the last time I saw them.
A strange brush with a celebrity was about 7-8 years ago. My brother-in-law owns an antique car business, and he is driving through Scottsdale with some of his friends on a Friday night coming home from some bars.
A really nice classic car pulls up next to them at a stop light, and he starts checking out the car. The driver rolls down his window and they start talking cars at the light.
The driver was Sean Penn, he was alone on a road trip coming back from somewhere in the mid-west. They invite him back to my bro-in-laws house for a late night party (I was already at his house with some others). He accepts and follows them back and parties with everyone until about 4am. Pretty cool guy to hang out with everyone, but he was also a little odd.
In 1983 Loretta's 125A class in one of the motos I was running side by side someone going into the first turn, both of us fighting for the holeshot. It was one of those situations where you don't let off until you hear the guy next to you let off. He let off, so I blipped the throttle a bit, then he did the same, so I blipped the throttle again, and he did the same. Back and forth we're blipping the gas to gain the lead into the first turn until we both completely blew through the turn and into the infield. The other rider was Eddie Warren. I believe he went on to win both A stk and mod.
In SX/MX I don't know anybody and nobody knows me...
Ryan Dungey and I may or may not be eskimo brothers. (the league reference)
Ponca City 2006, was in line for milkshakes behind Ryan Dungey, and was checking out the practice schedule standing next to Ashley Fiolek and a fairly unknown of at the time Trey Canard.
I met Rupert X at the face of Lacrocco's Leap during practice in 07 and spoke Zeppelin with him.
Red Bud amateur day 2007, I went down the first lap of 250B, and was cruising around. By the second lap I was coming up on the finish line tabletop when I start to hear a faint "braaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPP!!!!" as Tye Simmonds hits the jump first, scrubs/whips it so hard on a KTM 125 he's facing back at me in the air.
I may remember more later, but I don't have anything spectacular.
Pit Row
I once got into a brief shoving match with Sean Hackley after he thought it was a great plan to clean me out and crash us both at a LL qualifier.
I was flying the last plane to land at PDX and hold on the taxiway before Air Force One landed right in front of me with Obama on board in 2010.
Sat next to Paul Allen (Microsoft founder and multi-billionaire) at several Trailblazer games.
While they were still on minis.
I once called out Deano for his dangerous style and broke vital with my public apology.
Partied back stage with Frank Zappa and the band. All the chicks there were freaked out at the "Young Zappa Fan" I was 17, looked like I was 12. Quite entertaining.
I officiated a pre SX practice at our track the year Doug Henry debuted the 4 banger. I had no idea who it was and he rolled up to me at the finish line on that tractor sounding thing and asked me if he was supposed to ride the next practice. I said "It's pros only, if you think you can hang." he said thanks and rode off. That's when I saw "Henry" on his pants...DOH!!!
He put on a clinic!
