Ok I whined a little bit last week cause they miss-shipped me a top clamp. In all fairness they paid return shipping on the wrong part, threw in a T-Shirt, and a set of T-Handle wrenches along with an appology. Service does not get any better than this [No bad jokes inserted here please]. Thank you Applied

awesome, I had to deal with a company for an electric bicycle recently that sold me a dead battery, after a lot of emails back and forth they accepted the battery back and sent a replacement, I never did get the money for the return postage they promised though.

That is as mentioned above, above and beyond. There are not a lot of decent people like that in the world!

I've known the people at Applied for a long time. This doesn't surprise me coming from them.

Like Dave at Engine Ice, Applied does a whole lot for the sport that hardly anybody knows about or hears about.
