I hope Dietrich does well in Europe...he needs to quit trying to be a rockstar, quit partying and get back to work like he was a couple years back. The dude has some SERIOUS skills if he puts his mind to it!

Ricky Dietrich (I think) would fit well under the JWR tent, along w/ Chris Blose. Those two could perform well enough in SX/MX to justify the sponsor $$$ that are being shelled out for the team. All these teams, a good sign that things are starting to go well. Still skeptical about the economy right now but...if all these teams are being formed, good for them for supporting the sport when the chips are down and hope they are all successful one way or another; whether it's good exposure or good results.

Speaking of riders; these new upstart teams should consider Canada or Europe to fill spots if they feel they can't get the riders they're looking for here. Sometimes the fast racers come from the sticks...

If Jimmy D is signed it leads me to believe possibly Barcia full time outdoors. Right now their team is Windham, Tomac, Hahn, Bogle and Barcia with Zach Bell joining in after Loretta's.. So if Windham doesn't ride outdoors maybe Barcia will hop on 450 and that would still leave them with four 250 riders outdoors with Jimmy D.. And 5 after Bell joins them late in the season.

If he does, it will make sense. I'm sure one of the Geico guys will crash out and Jimmy will comeback. Then Bell will fall into place and they'll keep a full line up throughout the year..

There was talk of Geico getting a 5th 250 rider just for SX.

That's awesome and as far as Jimmy D goes I think GEICO would be super smart to sign him.. The kid has a ton of fans and is sure to garner the positive attention that the team (or any team) loves. Solid kid with a great head on his shoulders. If I were to guess I would guess we'll see Jimmy in the GEICO rig..
