surprised no one has posted about this (sorry if i missed it) but i think it will be interesting to see how Pro Circuit will do in the big bike class.

Every year there is speculation that PC will or should have a 450 on the track full time, but Mitch has been pretty open that Kawasaki prohibits him from doing so. How do you guys think Tickle will do? I wonder if this means Monster/Kawi is going back to PC or if it will still be a stickerless "in house" Kaw exhaust made by FMF?

There have been a bunch of threads about Tickle doing the full year for PC on a 450.
Ever since he dropped the news on DMXS a few weeks back or so.

It was a AMA rule that didn't allow him to race Lites in SX again.
Mitch is honoring his contract with him for the year....and putting him on a 450.
Broc said since he was gonna do SX on a 450 he might as well do the outdoors also.

I believe Mitch is also giving Townley & Hanny a 450 to race at that Monster Cup.
3 PC guys o 450F's at the Cup.

oops, my bad!Tongue ...haven't been checking the boards too much lately. The first time i had heard of it was in the RacerX interview with Broc that was posted yesterday.

i think it's a smart move. In recent years here havent been very many well-supported Kawi's on the track in the 450 class besides the factory team and more recently H&H.

It's gonna be cool to see how he does.

Also keep in mind...I think H&H's Kawis might be PC KX 450's this year also.
You would think Hanny would want the same PC 450 he has been riding for a while just with H&H Graphic's.
(I heard H&H was going to have 2 Semi Riggs in the pits this year...It is making me think maybe 2 different brands under their tent also, maybe)

This could be the start of something cool for PC, they have the experience and the know-how when it comes to running solid racing efforts. Brocs bike will be one amazing machine no doubt.

yep. thats what i thought.

i never thought id see the day an official PC450 was allowed to run

ever since the fmf debacle.......things have really changed over at kawi. there is a new sheriff in town there and the culture is shifting quite a bit.

kawi is gonna be formidable next year. with a new bike, the factory team, a pc team, and pc H&H team. gonna be a lot of green in the top 15.

I think they were 100% PC bikes at the beginning of the year...then Factory Kawi was helping them also a little later on in the season with parts etc...
Not sure what parts were PC & what parts were Factory...though. Smile

Yeah, Blose gave H&H their best finish of the year last season in Vegas....4th in the main.
Tedesco had some good rides also last season.

PC's contract is still running till end of 2012 ... Then PC can maybe change to orange ... with Musquin, Roczen, Herlings and Baggett on his Pro Circuit Red Bull KTM team (sounds sick not??) ...

Dave, I think they mean a green Pro Circuit bike. But yeah, you guys killed it with Mitch's stuff throughout the majority of the Supercross season.

The year langston won the outdoor championship, he was gonna be on the pc 450, but yamaha was smart and gave him a factory ride, he went on to win as already stated. That would have been mitch's if yami didn't get langston.

So you are saying that it seems like a good idea for Mitch to disregard the 2 biggest companies behind his team (besides PC), stab them in the back by joining teams with their rival companies, and combine the 2 most powerful 250 teams in the world into one, getting rid of 4 rides in the 250 class, and then finally throwing 3 Euros and a guy that will be pointed out of supercross on the team. Yeah sounds good.

Mitch is as smart as they come. He isn't going to make a dumb decision like going Orange.

Hawaii definitely has its finger on the pulse of moto.

Do you really think this shit is that uncalculated?

Not sure that Mitch would feel all that bad after kawi switching to fmf pipes for the factory kawi team this past year. And it's not going to happen this year but it's definitely a possibility next year.

i don't think mitch will see them as '3 euro's' i think he will see them as 3 championship contenders. It's not like he's never hired a 'euro' before (pourcel)

You would be a fool to think that herlings, musquin and roczen won't be offered a pro circuit ride- mitch hires the best riders, so they will be right at the top of his shopping list! If pro circuit stay kawasaki then ktm will have a hard time holding on to herlings in my opinion.

By the way, musquin is french, roczen is german , herlings is dutch and baggett is american- they are 4 of the brightest talents in mx at the moment, all from DIFFERENT countries (europe is not a country, its a continent made up of lots of DIFFERENT countries) add in rattray and possibly townley (south africa and new zealand) and you've got a BIG variety of different nationalities!!!

I remember reading that Kawasaki will be back to PC pipes in 2012.
