Check out this rider I captured at Pagoda in southeastern PA yesterday. Haven't seen a setup like this for a rider with only one arm.

That is cool! Mucho respect for any rider with a disability.

There is a rider down here who does MX, Off road and is a Pro Flat tracker! The guy is FAST.

Might be the same guy Lumpy is referring to, but there was a fella by the name of Jason Griffin at an Ice racing event not far from me a few months back. Dude was out there killing it with only his right arm; started looking up some of his stuff on youtube, and he is even more amazing to watch on flat track. Makes you appreciate things that most of us take for granted, and really opened my eyes to how bad i suck on a bike Smile Anyway, the guy was super nice and had a great attitude and definitely gained some fans that night.

It is so cool to see how passionate these riders are to keep riding after losing a limb or geting paralyzed from the waist down. Once motocross is in your blood it will never leave i guess.

There is a guy in upstate New York named Dave Jackson. He rides at Hogback Hill, ( PRA Racing Association). He was born with one arm,and has ridden and raced for years. Pretty fast too. He does not have a prosthetic device. Rides with just his one arm. He modified his bike, and does everything himself. His kid screams on a bike too. It is very amazing for people to do this, with their afflictions, while a lot of us, in this country, who have all our faculties are too lazy to get off their butt. I have the utmost respect for these riders. They must love the sport, and need to play it.

Use to be a guy who raced at Carlsbad back in the day, can't remember his name but he raced with one arm and no prosthetic either, going down the Carlsbad freeway was just amazing to watch him fly !! Props to that guy above too !
