Just watched the Shadow on TW with Craig. Man, whats not to like about this guy? NO ego, seems down-to-earth, doesn't seem like he takes it for granted, no sense of entitlement. Its refreshing to hear someone talk about the track, the race, the day, etc. and not use words like "sick", "gnarley" and "pumped".

I hope Christian has good luck, and finishes the season strong, and comes back better next year. I'm a fan!

I've always been a fan of his riding and his lack of ego off the track too.

To come back with another top 10 in moto 2 shows the ridiculous shape they're in.

Amen. Every time some asshole describes something as "sick" I want to stab him in the face until he stops twitching.

I always watch a riders riding technique or style and his is excellent. Hate to say it but better than some of the Factory guys.

It's a miracle Christian can even walk after his spinal injury, let alone race in the top ten in the Nationals.
He's doing awesome and I'm really happy for him.

I like this kid.

And I like how supportive his crew is.

That's what a rider needs on race day. If he say's the suspension has a rock in it, tell him you found the rock and put him on the line as excited as possible.

He meant there was a rock coming out of the starting line.

I have liked this kid since I watched him at Mini Os as an amature. This year at Budds I asked him to sign my old 92 MCgrath jersey that was signed by his dad Mike when Cristian was probably just a baby. When I showed it to him he got a huge smile and took it into his rig to show everybody and came back out and signed it. He told me that it was the coolest jersey he has ever seen.lol
The kid is a real nice kid that will have a nice long career in this sport.

There aint ONE THING I don't like about Christian....the kid is just awesome!!

One thing though.....in the video he was happy with a 10th......and he should be ( as anyone really would ) but that kid has showed speed at the front......and he is capable of so much more. And he was really "calm" about the whole thing.

I know one thing......I'll be a fan of this kid for as long as he rides!

I think Christian is just happy to be out there, especially after a career threatening injury. I think he realizes how stacked the 450 class is and as long as you're inside the top 10 you're doing good. Getting your expectations too high will get you frustrated and eventually unhappy with 10th and then your results will just get worse. He's solid.

Tenth place finishes need to be celebrated by the industry and the fans.

There is no Pleasing the Internet people.

But this kid said he struggled all day/vid but never gave up and his team had his "back" all day.

That's how you help your rider on race day.

Hope that shit wasn't directed at me. Like I said , I'm a huge fan of this kid........and I know he has the potential to mix it up at the front with some good starts! hell........I'm just happy to see him out there from what he had to come back from. Never even crossed my mind he would be that fast on the big bikes , with the trouble he had on the 250's......so yeah , I'm happy as hell for him!
