Very Cool... But really, can't Suzuki get someone else to push the damn thing. Hot, humid, after 30 minutes of racing & kicking the shit out of it, they should have someone else push the bike back. I know Goose is a great mech & a bit older, but at least he could help Dungey push it up the hill instead of chatting up a course worker.

I thought it was just pure character. Shows you how fit he is too, pushing it back uphill after pushing himself so hard that whole moto

I don`t think he would let anybody touch it. It reminds me of Valentino Rossi who treats his bikes like his friends and not just a piece of metal.

Dungey can push his own damn bike, he didn't even run a full moto. He's the one that ran it out of gas.
















































I'm sure it was probably his choice to push it. The kid has pure respect for the position he's in, in a world of primadona sports stars it is appreciated.

Dungey is underappreciated in todays world of overpaid prima donnas. Good kid with the world on his back right now, I like Reed but I cant look down on any of these kids, they're all good to the bone.

Every time I have seen or talked to Dungey he has left a very good impression on me.

I was close when he pushed his bike by and he had a normal expression on his face, seeming to take it all in stride.

and yeah, Goose was right next to him...I'm sure Ryan said "no, I got it"...wouldn't surprise me in the least.

definately a far cry from one of the PC boys who basically threw down their bike a few years back. I heard Mitch wasnt very happy about it. Dungey is definately a class act and is a breath of fresh air when compared to some of the drama queens we have in our sport.

Class act to push his bike, though. I can think of a few others who would have dropped it and left.

He got 25th, no points for that moto, just the 22 points he earned in the 1st moto got him 8th o/a

I think he's a really nice kid, but you do something like that once & people come to expect it of you. He already got the props for it after throwing the chain in sx. Definitely shows a bunch of character but also comes across as being under-appriciated.

Pure class.

He is down 28 points with 20 motos to go, if he rides like he did today in that 2nd moto, i can see him winning 10 out of the 20 remaining.

But today wasnt the last of the drama for the summer, anything can still happen.

Watching him push that bike was CRAZY. I've gotten more pissed off than that when my bike died in a Vet B race. Dungey has a helluva lot of character.
PS- I hate it when any rider throws his bike down, even after a win. Show some respect for your machine. It's not trash.

I looked at it as Dungey quietly saying " I did my part, I'm in shape, I was checked out, I WOULD have won, so Suzuki why didnt you do your part?" Jmo. I don't like him but he is a very respectable rider, and deserves anything he has accomplished so far. Hats off to his accomplishments, and work ethic for sure.
