• Redesigned bar mounts with larger handlebar contact area that are more resistant to twisting
• Larger footpegs with new mounting design further inward on the frame
• New frame with improved anti-squat behavior for maximum traction when exiting corners, plus revised wall thicknesses to improve rider feedback and energy absorption
• Stiffer and lighter weight swingarm with more durable chain slider and 22mm rear axle
• Updated fork with new hydrostop and revised settings
• Updated shock with new piston, improving initial comfort and riding higher in the stroke under hard acceleration
• Lighter and more compact motor, tilted backwards slightly in frame to centralize mass for improved handling and improved anti-squat behavior
• Revised intake ports for more horsepower and new fine-punched cam chain for increased reliability
• Redesigned transmission with revised gear ratios and updated shift shaft that reduces the force needed to change gears
• Redesigned clutch lever with automatically-adjusted free play
• Larger rear fender
• Updated rear linkage with improved seals
• Rollover sensor cuts ignition during big crashes
• Traction Control moderates power if RPMs increase too quickly, for hardpack or other slippery circuits
• Launch Control delivers maximum traction for race starts
• Quckshift is ideal for heavy track conditions and allows for smooth upshifting from second gear upwards without needing to use the clutch
• Map select switch offers two maps:
— Map 1 delivers smooth and controllable power
— Map 2 provides sharper more aggressive throttle response
