If it’s the same design as standard/stock PSF1 components (more than likely), 32-36PSI should be close. Can always change your baseline based on different tracks and feel, but I wouldn’t be surprised if you end up in the 34/35PSI range…Let us know how it goes
I'm already at 32 psi and I have the compression all the way out.
Do you have an o-ring indicator or ziptie on your non-brake fork leg to measure travel? May be soft and low already, giving it the impression of being stiff when it’s actually too soft and blowing through the stroke…
Worth a call to Enzo next week if the setup problem persists!
I run 34.5 PSI in my A-kit PSF1s on a 250F and 36 PSI on a 450F also running A-kit PSF1s (I bet you've guessed I like A-kit PSF1s).
To figure out my pressure preferences I pumped them up to 37 PSI, took the bikes out on the track and warmed up, then started decreasing pressure until the forks felt "just right." I'm not talking precision adjustments either, I am talking a tool to bleed A TINY AMOUNT OF AIR OUT on the side of the track, then keep riding. I kept doing this until I found the sweet spot for me on that track. Then when done riding for the session, take your air pressure at the truck, voila - there's the pressure you like.
Many people hate air forks, I get it, but I don't think they've dealt with the simplicity and performance of A-Kit PSF1s. There's 1 fill port, they never leak, and a pressure range of 32-36 = perfect for me at all places I ride. The ability to change fork spring rates easily like this is AMAZE BALLS, not to mention their performance is amazing! Enzo has really good settings for these forks, too (I got the "Star Yamaha spec" when I had mine valved), so that goes a loooooong way.

I believe I sold that set to you. If thats the case they need to be re-valved. I had them set up for 195lb A rider. They probably feel harsh on the initial hit/small bump because of the valving.
