2024 CRF450R under 2 hours on the meter and the stock right fork leg protector snapped off at the three allen bolt retainers.
We had installed a Scar Racing holeshot button- it doesn't seem to be much different in profile to any of the other common options. It is set deeeep however.
Ordered polisport replacements- they are hanging on, but looked stretched out, show white 'bruising' and close to letting go.
It looks like the wrap around design is so tight its hitting the fork leg bell bottom.
Anyone else found this issue? or a cure?

I read that as the upper fork is hitting the guards at full bottoming.
With your comment that " it's set, deeeep however" I take it that the clamp on the upper leg is high, so your fork, is 'deep' into the travel with your setting. So, It, the clamp, is not / should not be so low that it is pushing the guard out, at full travel.
So, given those assumptions of mine, I assume you need, if you haven't got them, metal 'straps' to reinforce the guard, that go above, then to, the guard mount bolts? You need them, if that's what is damaging you guards.
I've never used such things myself, but I see blokes just eating the RH fork guards, through ripping them apart, near on constantly, when they don't use the reinforcing straps I've mentioned.
Yes the bottom of the upper fork, right by the seal appears to be making contact with the plastic fork guard. Essentially striking it with every compression of the suspension.
I'm not sure what you mean by metal straps reinforcing the fork guard. I can't find anything by searching the forum, or Dr Google. Any links?
