Other than the fact that they should probably be using a more secure method of communication, it’s probably not much different than just about any and all discussions between political players, no matter the party.

Yeah, it’s a nothing burger other than some reprimands headed someone’s way regarding communications.

They've bombed and are going to continue to bomb Yemen - it's been no secret.

So, you are disregarding the most important fact, a national security one at that. Got it.

No.

I think that is really the only issue, but so far it seems that most of the outrage is about what was said.

That’s not how I see it. Only a few places talk about how JD slams Trumps inconsistency.

The rest of the attention is brought on the fact that they are sharing highly classified information with people from the outside and through public apps.

They were just shooting the shit  in messages.

They added Goldberg to the convo by mistake.

The EU already started maritime missions in the area back in Feb. If the US gonna help them - they want the EU to help pay for it.

Thank you,

Seemed like old info based on what's been going on the last 4 weeks or so.

Yeah there's a lot of activity in that region, contracting jobs in the region are off the hook right now too. Paying $700 to $800 a day for 12 hour shifts.   This gig here is just below Yemen. https://silentprofessionals.org/jobs/maritime-security-anti-piracy-afri…

I was hopeful and that quickly dissipated once I saw the required qualifications. Not one box was checked.

It was a typo. I meant 2000 lol You were spot on. A little less than a year before 9/11 happened.

Looks like the DoD put out this memo the other day to try to cover Pete's ass. That was a short investigation.

That's normal  policy anytime something like that happens with the DOD or DIA.

Not one thing in their convo was truly sensitive information (gov secrets) though, like some on the internet are making it out to be. They could've clearly stated any of that stuff in any interview to the media at anytime.  They only refer to it as a sensitive convo because it was the SD & VP involved and talking shit on the EU thieves.

The investigation...   Reading several messages and determining  nothing in there compromised anything - only takes minutes.  The polygraph isn't even necessary all they would ask them is was it a mistake?  Did you do it on purpose?  Maybe a couple other boring questions. They could get everyone involved tested in less than 4 hours.

Nothing was compromised.  They passed the poly.

This is exactly what happens when you hire your unqualified buddies while saying you are ridding the earth of DEI, actually firing people who are competent at their jobs.

Even worse, if your buddies suffer with TDS as much as you do and they are willing to turn their Tesla back into the dealership because of what it represents in their compromised mind.

He (they) will likely have received the "poor security practices" conversation, though!

I’m pretty sure that was put out in relation to the leak about Musk being briefed on the potential plans for war with China.

The odd thing about that is that they have denied that the meeting was to discuss the plans, yet still refer to those that they suspect of communicating what they claim as false, as leakers…..

Would reporting something that isn’t true make them leakers if the plan wasn’t to share these things with Musk?

Could anyone imagine a worse national security risk?

I don't know, something like a mentally compromised Commander-in-Chief and an Autopen....

Wonder what barrel bottom scrapings someone will surface with next ???

When this, keying Tesla's, shopping for district judges etc... is the best they have, you know the party, and it's rapidly dwindling supporters, are broken.

Somebody really needs to get that political party back in gear, and start standing for something other than this anti Trump whining.

Because all they're doing now is, creating campaign advertising for the opposing side.

Wouldn't think that would be such a good strategy.

🤔
