My brother tells him "Yeah, but the power bar isn't plugged into a power outlet you fucking moron." The guy answers "well it's plugged into the power bar so it should have power, no?"

Brother walked away. Power bar looked like that image with his saw plugged into one of the other available outlets. 

I asked him how old the guy was, and he said early-mid 20s. 

It's one thing to be around dumb people and it's another thing to be around dumb people using power tools. I think he said it was his first construction job. Still, you would think someone would have common sense by the time they're an adult.
