What is the buzzing sound in the background of the Peacock broadcast?

Noticed background noise when announcers talking on iPhone but not SmartTv app. 
Also started in Spanish multiple times recently and had to change preferences to English, only happens with SX broadcast. 

I first noticed this last season at some of the races only. Seems to be worse ths year. I'm actually glad someone has finally brought it up, as I have always noticed (heard) it but just wasn't going to bring it up. 

One other annoyance I have with Peacock is its the slowest booting up and responding of all Streaming apps I have and watch. It's like cheap ass crap compared to my Prime. 

I will add this, the more Peacock drowns out the bikes on the track, the more buzzing. The more you can actually hear the bikes, the crowd, etc during the race, the less of the buzzing sound there is. So it's definitely connected.

It doesn't go away for me when the music is on, although it's very hard to hear. It is definitely quieter than the background music, so it gets drowned out. You can definitely hear it coloring the sound, though. Even the bikes are louder when the mic picks up the exhaust notes. You hear it best in the gaps between loud noises. 

Man, after reading some of these post, I’m feeling pretty lucky I don’t have these issues with Peacock. It would drive me nuts dealing with this every Saturday.
