I have never seen one of these until today but it sure looks like some Hannah lightning bolts. I've also never considered an Alpinestars helmet until now.

I always loved that helmet. I had Magik make me a helmet wrap based on it 10 years ago for a vintage race.
I was hoping yami was re-releasing a 1979 YZ250 with vintage Hannah livery... now for that, i could not cut the check fast enough...! astar helmet with some bolts on it.... meh....
I made it to the mid 90's with every helmet I owned having lightning bolts on them. My last one, because it was the 90's was custom painted with pink lightning bolts. hahaha
