I’m in the market for some new boots. I have a pair of 20 year old SG-10’s that I’m replacing. They are size 10 and fit decent, could maybe go with a 9.5.
I went on Gaerne’s website and based on their sizing guide I need a size 7 boot.
My feet are about 26 CM long.
For reference, I’m 9.5-10 in street shoes. Size 8 in combat/hiking boots.
Did their sizes change a lot over the years? Maybe my old boots were a bit bigger on me than I originally thought?
I buy 1/2 size smaller in Gaernes.
Thanks

Thank you

I've found them to run true to size. I wear a 12 in most shoes but can run 11.5 in certain brands and styles. I just got new SG12s in size 12 and they fit just right for me.
Thank you
Same. Multiple pairs of sg12, pre and post update and they fit true to size for me.
I found the sg10s ran maybe a 1/2 size big, but the sg12s are true to size for me.
My SG12's are spot on sizing compared to street shoes.
I wear a sz11 shoe and a sz 10 SG12. I bought size 11 SG12's and they were too big, so I bought sz10's and they're great.
i’m a 10 wide in street shoes and run 10 SG12s with no issues.
Yw, good boot for wide flat feet also
I wear a 10.5 in Vans and in Gaerne SG12 size 10 is perfect, in fact I run 2 pair of socks in them. .
I actually think they run small, I wear a 9 wide keen work boot and have to up size to a 10 in my sg10's to keep my toes from hitting the front of the boot.
Sg12 s run big
