Well..... the sign doesn't say,  'No Train Horns', so,  on Horsepower Hill, some jackass had his train horn.

I looked over, this kook was just blasting whenever he felt like it... not when the local home -town guy, Kitchen,  was going by, or fan favorites ,  the Lawrence Bros., were passing,  just random.... Well, I did see hm  blast his trusty train horn once when Deegz went by,  but I'm not saying he was a fan-boy, just gonna chalk it up as circumstance.

Should have taken a pic to post, as I felt he was the typical type to do so... definitely didn't look the part that actually follows moto!
