Rear shock suspension issues

So i recently replaced the swingarm/upper&lower shock/linkage bearings on my rm125 and torqued everything to spec and now the rear suspension seems super stiff and it won't come back up all the way after putting weight on the back of the bike, i haven't ridden the bike in about 5 months but as far as i recall it was fine last time i rode it, seems as if the pre-load is maybe too stiff all of a sudden? Or something is causing the suspension to bind? Any help is appreciated need to get the bike sorted before this weekend, thank you

I’m guessing you either accidentally over torqued a bolt, assembled the linkage wrong or left a spacer out.

Ok well i didn't over torque anything, i was being very careful to make sure of that, it's possible that i assembled it wrong or left something out but i was pretty confident putting it together, I'll have to take it apart and check.

Take the shock off. It's the subframe bolts plus 2 shock bolts. Then test the linkage movemenr

Just loosen all bolts around linkage and see if it frees up. Otherwise shock issue.
