Are you sure you have the timing set correctly? And cam chain adjuster reset when reinstalled?

No...I'll check...thanks...I mean I thought I had the timing set with the dots on the cams etc, but my first time doing it so..I'll check...thank you though...cam chain adjuster reset?? What is that exactly??

Check timing again. If it's off, you need to disassemble the head and make sure you didn't bend the valves due to incorrect timing.

Sorry...here is the video I thought I posted...meaning I knew when I did that video that I just had to turn it over with the wrench on the stator side...but this is what it does after I get it off of TDC...but this is the last I've tried to crank it...

I had a breather hose I didn't clamp from the engine to the radiator, wasn't it when I clamped it, but you are right, when I put the tensioner in I did it quickly and oddly...so I'll check it again. I cranked it a few times this morning when I tightened the hose...and it still seem like it is solid and no real moving parts banging around...I just feels a little tight...

You have the answers right in front of you in the manual. Read it first. Read it several times slowly.

Your picture needs to be a wider view to see the other dots on the cam. Basically put the crank on TDC, then align the cams.
