Hey guys just wanted to let you know if you didn't already that Factory Backing is pretty damn awesome. When you order semi custom graphics they design them and then send you a proof to OK everything before they print them just incase you wanted certain sponsors in certain places ya know. If you are in need of a bike refreshing head over to their website and snag some graphics.

aftermarket steel braided brake line installed upside down

theres differences in the lengths of the exposed braid part of the hose.

Hell Ive never even noticed the brake line I got the bike Dec of 2013 just rode it last year . The bike runs perfect and the brakes work very well. Idk about the guide it was just on there. Its my first yamaha so Ive never thought it was wrong I guess. No need to poke fun at it ill get it figured out. haha Also I really wasn't plugging Factory Backing as much as I was just showing how good they look really.

Sorry, shouldn't have responded like that. You got a really nice YZ, now just go out and have fun and ride.

Thanks. its a work in progress I understood where you guys were coming from. Not a big deal all of us know when you buy a used bike theres going to be things that the past owner did to it that we may not understand. I bought the bike put the ufo kit on it and rode it all last year with no graphics I was just pumped on the new look.

Thanks for the info mmain62. I've heard great things about Factory Backing graphics.

About the brake line...there should be a nice curve in the end that mounts to the caliper, where the banjo bolts up, while the master cylinder side is relatively flat. It does look upside down.
There should also be more slack (loose) brake line around your number plate. Looks like you may have too much hose at the bottom, or the line is too short..which could be dangerous. Check that out man, be safe and good luck.

Thanks Doug Ill get that line switched around soon enough living in illinois this time of year gives me plenty of time to get the bike dialed in for spring. Thanks again.
