Time Change

I hate the time change. Just leave it summer time all year.

There's always the debate about hot climate living vs cold climate living. I've done both. I like cold climates because I hate being hot. But also, If you are an outdoors type of person, the short days of winter don't allow the same kinds of fun long days as summer. If you have to work a normal first shift job, you are at work almost all the daylight hours anyway. If you live in a cold climate you have better weather in the summer when you want it, then when winter rolls around its training season indoors. Time to hit the gym and make gains in the darkness for next season whatever your sport and goals are.

I've never had to work an outdoor job during the winter though so that could change your perspectivr..
