Today Im 32 years sober
31 since I quit smoking
26 since I quit coffee

Obvioulsy Im not the "Life of the Party" Smile

That said, its been 12 hours since my last bowl of ice cream (which means I have another bowl in my near future) Hey ya gotta have some vices.

This coming May will make 19 yrs sober for me
I am at 5 yrs of no smoking
as for coffee, I am down to only two cups a day in the morning

Wow, so its been 5 years now since you quit smoking Dave. If memory serves you made a few stabs at it before you got it beat. Aint' ez is it? For me quitting smoking was harder than the drinking. Plus I never had to do weekends in jail because of my smoking Wink

I never drank coffee, quit smoking a long time ago but have no idea as to the exact number of years (gotta be over 20) and I'm drinking a Schlafly Summer Lager right now. I ain't giving that shit up! Smile What I really need to give up is speed (on my Ninja) cause that's going to kill me long before any of the other shit.

Holy Shit guy, you are my new hero!. Seriously that is a huge hurdle.

My only vise on your list is beer, I have about 48 to 60 Friday night thru Sunday and I have tried numerous times to quit but to no avail.
Mind you by Friday I am chopping at the bit for 5:00pm to get here to have a cold one.

What do you recommend an Alcoholic like myself?

How did you do it? I need your help.

That's easy. To fix your 60 beer a week issue, try 2 bottles of everclear per week. Much cheaper.
