On the news they are talking about global cooling.
How CA/NV and most western states had the wettest Oct on record and now with over 80 inches of snow in the last 3 days in California and is having close to the snowiest November on record and it isnt done yet.

So it makes sense that the deserts will have more rain or less heat, etc. What is likely to happen is more polarizing weather, so the deserts may get hotter in the summer than usual, but then have much more rain in the fall or winter, etc.
There are -2- sides to this argument: It seems that only -1- side is getting all the funding.
Why is that?

I could go on and on. Oil companies are making record profits every quarter. Do you really think they're not willing to pay a LOT of money in order to keep things as they are?

Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore reportedly has had a change of heart on ethanol, telling a conference on green energy in Europe that he only supported tax breaks for the alternative fuel to pander to farmers in his home state of Tennessee and the first-in-the-nation caucuses state of Iowa. Speaking at a green energy business conference in Athens sponsored by Marfin Popular Bank, Gore said the lobbyists have wrongly kept alive the program he once touted. "It is not a good policy to have these massive subsidies for first-generation ethanol," Reuters quoted Gore saying of the U.S. policy that is about to come up for congressional review. "First-generation ethanol I think was a mistake. The energy conversion ratios are at best very small.
