Millville bit him in the ass, but this certainly isn't over. Dungey's going to need a miracle to pull this off and with the crazy things happening to the KTM, I'm sure another DNF is in the near future.

Rock in chain, rock in gear shifter, faulty battery, ect. Next you'll see one of his pegs falling off. That'd be some shit to witness.

RV was definitely a bit off his usual dominance today...he wasn't closing in and passing guys nearly as quickly as previous races. The track did not get overly rough and rutted plus the weather was very cool and so I think that allowed the other riders to keep a fast pace...

RV was faster than MA800 in the amateurs too. The only reason he didn't beat him more often back then was that the races were 5 laps long and MA800 pulled every single holeshot. Not hating on MA800, just stating an observation of mine. They're both great riders and all of you are great posters too. We're all above average.

RV having one bad race is no grounds for such a bold prediction.

What you need to look at is the range of normality of RV against his competition. For example, RC and Bubba had a performance level that was pretty normal to them while they were racing each other and against Chad Reed ('05 - 07). Usually, it took RC and Bubba to perform on the low end of their performance spectrum, while Reed performed to the top of his abilities to beat them in supercross, during that era.

ps, I'm not even rooting for RV this year.
