Clutch problems and a bad start,seems if he gets a good start he does good, and if not he doesnt.Has a hard time moving through the pack.

sounds like a pacific nw problem, look at rv's start and finish. Could be an inherent thing in the glen helen track.

Hill might be the next candidate for SX only contract. Even this year in SX he was really good or really average. Great rider, but might be great at SX only for years to come.

Josh is one of the better outdoor riders. He may have an injury we don't know about, although I agree that he did not look "on" at Glen Helen practice days. There were intermediates running his pace, again he may have other issues.

I agree, but some people are willing to put all the effort into SX and outdoors, they seem unmotivated. I hope that isn't the case for Hill.
