Need to get back on my 02 125sx w 03 200 exc engine. Got it running but having Ign probs i think.

who did the coatings on your inner clutch cover? bikes look sic bud!!!!

Just finished up all the tear down, bearings replaced and greased and freshened up the cosmetics. We have been blessed with great weather in PA so far so I think we are gonna ride the next few weeks. After that and it's officially winter (I hope it never comes) I'm gonna bite the bullet and do hubs, wheels and a full clutch. Here she sits now all pretty.

So after a few months of starting this thread. I finally got my parts together and frame back. Here's some eye candy for you.
Showa mount and skid plate tabs welded and frame repainted by MotoWhips


Covers were coated as well


Seat done up by SDG. The build is going with the TLD KTM Theme. Unfortunately I went this route before that new FE design came out. But I still think they are the dopest bikes in the pits!

Shaved the linkage down pretty easy. Nice factory look.

Ive been slowly rebuilding a cr125 from frame up. Bottom end is finally back in chassis.
