I'd sift through days and days of kid's ridiculous requests and questions over at the community site, but i thought someone might know of a rough ETA on the new patch coming out for Reflex, it could breathe a bit more life back into it if the right things are fixed.

It's going to have to be a HUGE patch. that game is fucked. I still cant believe i paid for the bonus tracks and yet they never added them to the online rotation. It's getting so boring racing the same tracks.
Lately i've been getting into races and when the gate drops I'm in 10th place and everyone else is already half a lap in, then the race just quits and everyone ends up back in the lobby. The game is a joke really.

Who said they are coming out with a patch for the game?

Russell2686, it's your modem that is causing your gameplay problems. I got a new one and got the ports opened up and it works perfectly now.

"The game is a joke really" Wow, the general concensus here is it is the best mx game ever made to this date. Sure, it could use some tweaks to make it better but it is far from being a joke.

I know i sound like a nerd but ive been doing these online tournements that make stuff interesting again. Check out http://www.mxonlinetournaments.com/ its actually a lot of fun. 7-15 lap motos, you can set up teams as well.

It's not the modem causing that. Everything is perfect on my end but I still get that sometimes. I think if any one person at the gate has a high ping (not pingree LOL) time then it messes the game up for everybody else.

Ive been noticing that too, lately as in the past weeks or two, my connection to live races has been very bad. A few other of my friends are having the same problem. As you said with the ping. The gate drops are all effed up.

I'm experiencing VERY good consistency lately with the online game. Had to replace my cable modem just before this stroke of good luck, so I wouldn't rule it out as a suspect.

I really haven't had any issues. I would like the new tracks in the online portion and I would like to see even more DLC. As far as racing online - I have a crappy internet connection and I am impressed at how well it works.
