I asked him about this Tuesday and so far she has not re introduced the bill. Wardy is confident that she will make some changes and bring it back next year.

It says on the homepage of Crossroadsmx.com that she submitted it again but I'm not sure that is correct.

HB 3914 is back in the rules committee where it will/should die. or is dead now.
I guess all defeated bills go there. HOwever two things could happen which we are watching for.

When she was beat like a rug that day, she went over and signed on the road helmet bill and we are afraid that she may try to ammend it to include kids and helmets and the like.

Although we all agree on helmets, the ban on under 16 would not be cool if she tried to put that on that bill.

Like dave said, she will be back next year, we plan to work with her on the education process and show her that we all want more intelligent off road riders................

but for now we should be ok til Feb 010.
