10. Wally Briskin - Needed to train a little more.
9. Goose Trammel - Hard to put him ahead of Wally, but pure speed? I rest my case
8. Rene Cartier - French ringer brought over to replace Andy Carson. Never produced.
7. Andy Carson - a knee injury prevented us from seeing the true talent.
6. Trip Carlyle - such a wild card. wreckers or checkers.
5. Johnny Rivera - The original Bad Boy. Jlaw only wishes....
4. Andrea carson - who knew green finger nail polish cures arm pump?
3. "Bad" Billy Robinson - Damn Hurricanes. 'nuff said.
2. KC Carlyle - win the SX finals in Vegas? got to be top three
1. Rick Melon - Heart of a champion, left it all on the track.

honorable mention - Bear Nolan - a over bearing wife and riding the pocket bike in the pool was just not very professional.
Judy Mccormick - knew her stuff but was a little distracting to rick - Jimmy Castillo - the Nami fall guy, never got to spread his wings..

I would agree and was going to put him on the list, but after further review I think that was fake.....

OK funny story about the monkey.

I worked on that movie. I have never really been in a fight or got my ass kicked for any reason. That day of filming, I thought that damn monkey was gonna kill me. I walked up to a bunch of riders getting introduced to that fury thing and thought it would be cool to check it out. I walked right up and put my hand out while the trainer was holding it. It went APE shit on me. Snarled, squelched and wanted a piece of me.

I had missed the beginning of the introduction when it was said the monkey was an ex abused monkey from Nasa or something and the doctors used to handle it with gloves on, so under no circumstances are we TO TRY TO TOUCH THE MONKEY WITH GLOVES ON!!! oooppsss my bad. scared the shit out of me.

What about Michael Douglas in Black Rain, when he's riding the two stroke dirt bike that sounds like a four cylinder four stroke road bike.

LOL... they always reverse the sound with the actual motor style between two and four stroke.

Never understood that!

Halsey Knox is faster at the beginning of the movie and Little Faus at the end. Love that movie!!!!

Little Fauss: I was going faster than I ever went in my whole life, then I fell off.
Halsy Knox: Uh, uh! Once is cool; twice is queer.

Duh Virgil Hilts!
This by a mile! When the stunt men couldn't make the jump after several attempts, McQueen took the bike himself and made it on the first attempt. Dude was a bad man!
