Yes folks the season we know as HELL out here in AZ has officially ended. It's like someone hit's the Master Heat switch OFF. No running the A/C 24/7 (btw my new A/C unit installed in May works excellent, thanks for all the advise).

So with no more triple digits to contend with and a forecast of a breezy 92 this weekend I decided to remove the cobwebs and dust off the ol CRF and go RACING! Haven’t been on a track since early June—this should be interesting…..

sissy... J/K.... I used to pound laps out on the old Raw Hide desert practice track up on scottsdale road from 11 to 4 all through the summer.... funny thing is I would go with 2 gatorades and think that was enough fluid......thats how I learned about heat exhaustion!!!!

The weather broke up here in Vegas too... it sure is nice... have a good race and X2 on the staying up right!!!

Thanks guys.

Are you talking about the ol Waterhole track off of Scottsdale Rd? When I first moved her in 87 I found that track by accident and yea it was fun.

I'M 51 So riding in 115 deg HEAT has lost it's "fun" appeal.....lol

That must have been after 6:30 when I left for work ,

I got 3 drops here in Mesa. Still a nice day compared to the Summer heat.

I know how it is out there. I actualy lived in Bullhead City/Laughlin for a little while and it was brutal, Averaged (if you can imagine it) 10 degrees hotter then Phoenix in the summer. 120-125 degree days were common. We had to travel to ride between June and late september. In October monsoon season came though and the humidity was almost as bad. I went from there to the great NW and I love it up here other then the rain.
