My first thank you goes to the fans who came back to watch an exciting day of racing. Its been 5 years and we made some mistakes that we will correct for next year.
My 2nd thank you is to Davey for working side by side with me. Some will say it should be 1st but the fans come 1st and he will agree. We shook hands and talked about each others goals and if any issues arrise we will talk to each other and not post it on the internet. He worked his butt off, missed a family event to make sure everything went well and I respect that. I and Glen Helen are not perfect but we will try to give you in Southern California and where ever you came from the best race we can. I can only say from our side it looked to be a Great Day of racing. MX Sports and Davey did a great job and we all worked well together for the Fans.
Thanks again for the fans coming back I hope you got what you were looking for in outdoor MX in SoCal.
P.S. My only opinion some might not like and Davey did not do it so don't go there. I thought there was to much Supercross injected into the track. Could have been more natural. Yes I know who designed the track and I am tell him myself. Again my opinion only.

Some day, I really want to attend one of these races at GH.
In regards to the track I will offer my opinion. Outdoor MX should be as close to natural terrain as possible. With Glen Helens mountains it is one of the most entertaining venues on the circuit. Importing sand and trying to turn it into Southwick west takes away from that. There is nothing wrong with Glen Helens soil and it should be left alone. I agree on the SX portions, the best racing takes place on the ground and not in the air.
Great to hear you and DC buried the hatchet and worked together on producing a great National.
