I know there is a thread 3 or 4 pages back, however after reading some of your answers, I figured it would be worth starting a more intelligent, unbiased list.
For example, do people actually forget the Minneapolis race last year. I was there, and Grant totally dominated RV. So for some of you to put vilo up with reed and stewart, and grant down with whey, behind KW and MA is insane.
R-Acer, need to apply. Your hatred towards certain riders is obvious in every word you type.
My list---
1. CR
2. JS
3. RV
4. Townley
5.Grant
6-10 Millsaps, Ferry, Windham, Wey, Alessi
The two races that involved CR and Stewart last year were very close. They swapped fastest lap times, and CR kept him at bay. This year however, I truly believe Stewart downgraded in performance, with the LandM Yamaha, and CR, stepping up to rickys old bike, enhanced in the performance department. I always thought that Kawasaki was the faster bike compared to Yamahas.

Minneapolis Grant led 14 laps , RV led 1 lap and it was the lap that mattered .
And Kaw Rider, where did you learn to become such a tough guy? A keyboard, behind the computer tough guy especially?
I'm sincerely sorry that you dont agree with my predictions. You are probabaly one of those so infatuated with James Stewart, that you wont hear anything else
Riiiiiight
is this JMC?
stfu then.
I also predict that you haven't lurked very long and that if you keep on jabbing at Dave, you will not enjoy your short time on this board very much. Dave is a good guy but he never forgets anything.
And for the record, I have been lurking this site ever since I got back into MX/SX in 2005. My apology for not documenting who was posting and who wasnt.
CR kept James at bay at A1? Yes, Chad won, but didn't James go from around last in the first turn to a second place finish?
I went to Phoenix and, in my opinion, James didn't look healthy - just how I saw it.
Sure, I'm a fan of James, but I expected RC to show James around the track in '07MX - just how I saw it. Biased? Nah, no reason to be.
James
Reed
Short
Windham - tie between short and Windham at third.
Millsaps
Tedesco
Alessi - will holeshot crash by turn two and go from last to top 10
The rest of the usual suspect will be behind.
Pit Row
You can't predict shit.
People get injured, bikes break, shit happens
Yes, JS and CR will be at or near the top, after that....throw darts at pictures on a wall
Whatta noob!
I've been lurking here since the day Al Gore invented the internets, bitch!
I mean, dude, No Hot-Sauce?
R U Hatin'?
BTW, I get a kick outta the Al Gore thang!
(JFWY!)
CR
RV
KW
AS
hot sauce
If you've lurked for awhile, You would know that a simple STFU NEWB isint mean or tough.
Don't be sorry I didn't agree with you. I didn't say anything about who I was picking. I think Stewart is one hell of a rider, but thats all.
One more time..... Lurk more, You'll catch on.... Untill then STFU NOOB!
Or, is J.V. the obvious "New #2"...(Damn, that sounds funny...kinda Dr. Evil-ish)
Look, I'll take a shot:
Mikey's gonna be real late to the party: He's been down for a while with Injuries, he's a bit brain-screwed by the Chad deal, he's waaaaaay behind on track-time. I'm guessin' he MIGHT be up to speed by San Diego...so, that covers "800".
Chad? I think that Vegas was prophecy...and...let's not forget all the people/riders that weren't there.
So, here goes...
7
2
22
29
33
(800 when he's healthy)
14
9
15
18
26
Notables:
60, 75, 11, 101, ,57, 21, 28, 67, 38, 27, 8?(I hope things turn-out alright for him)
Lites-guys on 450's on Opposite-Coast?
10, 48...338? (Don't laff...if J-Law were to pull his head out...)
As for folks like Wey? Look, I want him to rail; however, he needs to "Get it back", ya know? He needs to be willing ot hang it out. He's not alone. There's a group of 5 to 10 riders that hold back WAAAAY too much. I believe that Ivan is still holding back too much.
I'm jus' sayin'...
Seriously, TeamGreen is right...unless injuries eat 'em up.
JS could ride any bike stock and Reed would be trying to keep up. Not saying that to be a hater, just how I see the speed.
Alessi? Needs a bought with CFS for SX season...come out swingin' in MX.
