since this morning. Was supposed to be at Mountain Motorsports autograph signing but missed. Kawasaki rep went over speaker saying he was resting at a local hospital with a bad case of the (??flu??). Will probably mess with his ability tomorrow.
The only people that know about it are people that were at the autograph sighing in Conyers earlier today.

Crazy. Hope he is alright.

IF this is the case, the greatest likelihood is it's a gastrointestinal bug. By taking action early and replacing fluids (IV), you negate a lot of the effects, such as weakness and lightheadedness that comes with a GI bug. He can very easily get up in the morning with no carryover from a little episode.

Whats up with riders getting really sick all the time. I thought exercising and eating healthy is suppose to boost your immune system.

Try traveling week in and week out, shaking hands and posing for photos with a bunch of people who may or may not be sick, while doing your training and riding.

Ever notice that a lot of riders sign autographs with gloves on?

Baggett was sick with what sounded like a similar bug to RV's last weekend.

Sick or not Poto is "winning." When great athletes get sick, they don't let the sickness get in the way of their greatness. I'm not even a Ryan fan, but the kid is a beast.

Villo has had that happen before - he had some kind of bug that messed him up in the beginning of the outdoors last year, but he dug deep and stayed up on the box. That's his goal, stay on the box and win if you can, and I'd bet he'll accomplish those goals tonight.

I heard he ordered room service and feld intervened the waiter and swapped his food for a dodgy rubby murry, they feel they are in dire need for Ryan to miss a race somehow to get the interest back in the series.

But hey that is just the chinese whispers and the original message could have changed a bit by the time it got down here.

Isn't it in the AMA rules banning getting IV's before a race, or is that just between moto's?
