I am a determined rider who needs alittle help to get to the SX season. Do you need a rider for your team? or a rider to Test for you? With my rookie year under my belt, I would like to take it to the next level. I have been road bike training, weight lifting & working with a nutrionist. Do you need me to travel? No problem , I also have a great mechanic that can come with me. As you can see above, I have allot of the pieces to the dream puzzle but am missing some of the main ones. If there is anything, we can do together, PM me or check out my website www.tazracing.com an send me an email. Thank you in advance & any type of help is always appreciated.

If you ask me, Supercross would probably be a lot more enjoyable for spectators and the riders if these kids that asked for any little help that they could get would get it...........instead of basically being told, sorry..........you might as well let your dream go because it aint going to happen. I'm pretty bored with watching the same 20-22 guys ride around for 15-20 laps pretty much placing in the same spot week after week. Some new "hungrier" riders might be able to do something about that with the right amount of help.

Ryan's a good kid Trip, He can handle the message boards just fine.

Message boards got him a ride on the KTM Fire Police Team last year in Vegas for the Finals.

Nothing wrong with him letting people know he's available

Hey dude good luck with racing this year and I hope you're able to put some good support together. I wish I was in kind of position to help a privateer out in some way. I'm a big fan of people doing what you are, personally I'd rather see a privateer get a top ten then Stewart or someone else run away with the win. Keep at it and good luck

One thing is for sure if he hadn't come on here and asked for ANY form of help someone other than you can give Trip he might get it and if he does then that's kick ass but if he doesn't then at least he tried "You're never gonna win unless you play" meaning being denied or not finding anything is one thing but to not even try you are beating yourself before you start ....give the kid a break if he wants to ask for help and there are others that read and can help who are you to criticize him for trying? You certainly don't have anything to offer so why bash the kid?.........Your bitterness for whatever reason has become quite obvious lately ....... need a couch so we can talk?

Think about it for a moment. Scott Champion came here with a good well written request for a little help. Then he handled himself with a hell of a lot more maturity than the kooks more than twice his age that tried to ream him a new ass. Not only did he make it to a majority of the outdoor nationals, he made the show and placed in the top 20 more than once. By years end, if only for a day, his ass had landed a factory Yamaha ride. At some point you gotta believe this place does make a few things happen. Ryan's been around for a while and shown talent. Trip acts like he's Nutter Butter or something. Good luck Ryan!

Good luck this year Ryan. While I can't offer you help, I can cheer you on from my living room when I see your name scrolling across the top... whatever help that offers Unsure

I got a chance to catch him ride at Lake Sugar Tree a few weeks ago. He also spoke at the rider's meeting about a fundraiser ride that they were doing for a rider that had been seriously injured.

You would think that with his connections to the Bailey's he wouldn't have any problem getting some support, but I guess that's just a sign of how hard the industry is being hit right now.

Keep your head up dude and good luck with finding sponsorship.

As you might be able to tell, I did a little janitorial activities on this thread.

Trip...not sure what your trip is over the last couple days. But there was nothing in your posts that was doing anything to help Ryan out, or to improve the board.

You know Steve, all the name calling just cause somebody doesn't agree is childish. How many times have you seen a rider come on here and get flamed for asking for help? I was just trying to do this kid a favor.. Turns out some guys here know him, I still think a guy with that many connections doesn't need to go to a message board to drum up support.

The whole Ezra deal? I still don't think he has a shot at top ten..

Where were you when guys were busting on Sleeter?? Must of been busy that day huh?? Mike Alessi takes a beating, J-Law too.. Again nowhere to be found.. So that I understand the board "rules" a little more clearly..It's ok to talk smack on a established rider, just not ok to do it to guys asking for help.. Ok, I got it, were good now..
This thread would of been on page three by now if guys didn't respond to me.

If I didn't have to come in and admin at all, I'd be ecstatic.

I can't babysit 100 percent of the time. I have other work that I need to get done.

It's also a lot harder when people want to debate endlessly. You know, playing message board tennis.

I'm just happy you or I aren't hunting for sponsorship this year. But I don't think telling someone to go look elsewhere is "helping."
