Mike Brown 22nd place.. Surprising when you consider how good of a starter he is. I was hoping he'd get his normal good start and just try not to fade to much... Scratch that.

Mike Brown is more than twice as old as some of the kids in the 250 class. He's 36-37 I believe.

This has turned out to be a follow the leader race. Not a lot of passing in the top 10.

kind of a let down after the highs from that 1st 450 moto.

Is it me, or do people always ride aggressively against Wharton? He's such a mellow guy-- I wonder if that gives him a disadvantage.

Mike Brown's doing pretty damn good (he's 38 years old - May 1st 1972) - Looks like he will hold that national number for a few more years. I would guess he has held a national number longer then any other rider, but I could be off. His first AMA race was 1990 - 20 years of racing.

Currently in 19th.

I think Larry Ward holds that record...but I could be wrong!

I like the idea of lightening up the voice over, but some of these jokes area bit forced and distracting eh?
