Music while riding

What's a good way to listen to music while riding without having to wear extra layers. With no mechanic or sense of time for a 30min Moto I find myself pulling off early sometimes. I want to listen to music while I ride to help keep track. Any ideas.

Probably better off having Ahmed make a clock that'll mount to your bars.

I put a Sigma bicycle computer on my dual sport to use a s speedo. It worked so well I tried it on my moto bike and it was super cool. Time, Speed, Max speed, Average speed, elapsed time, etc. I put a magnet in one of the disk brake bolts and put the sensor on the fork guard.

I later got a Garmin 305 (watch type GPS) for my bicycle. I tried strapping that to the crossbar pad and it was even better. Bigger display, heart rate monitor, calories burned, and no wires / magnets....

For music when riding my bicycle, I use a Sandisk Clip Zip MP3 player. Small, rugged, and good battery with an external memory slot. I don't listen to anything when on the MC.

In ear ear buds and an iPod shuffle. Only recommended on easy boring tracks you've ridden 1 too many times
