That track is epic.

Quit yer whining.

Just because it doesn't look like every AMA Nat. track.

McCread's going to be depressed for months after this.
Hats off to RD and BB. Solid rides and really impressive starts as well.
These heats are sort of more enjoyable than tomorrows races, when the MX2-guys will ride against bigger bikes.

I don't think Musquin is back to the speed he had before all injuries, but he is experienced and a good starter.
He will need that to stay in toch with BB, Roczen and DW. Today Blake got the better of all of them though

Cairoli vs Dungey can go anyway. If the track stays this smooth I think CP377 can hang with them too

Sucks for what happened to Mossy. But at least his lap times weren't too bad. I reckon he would have had the speed to be 5th-8th

does anyone know how the numbering works at this event? I just realized that the US has 1,2 and 3 every year. Does last years winners get to run those numbers?

Musquin will get DQ'd for sound violation. Last gate pick?

Malin said it during the race. GP rules. That is if the pipe/silencer is damaged and does not pass sound after the race.
Won't be penalized.

"SUCKS" for Tommy Weeck "Team Puerto Rico"
Went down on the first lap, and looked hurt?
Had a good practice time, thought for sure a top 10.

the numbering system directly corresponds to your teams last year finish.

it is like the old (better) AMA numbering system. You run the previous years final position, MXdN= winning team runs #'s 1,2, &3, second place team runs #'s 4,5,&6, and so on....

Thats because the rest of the field is really poor ! The under 23 rule doesn't help.

I haven't read the rules but I am under the impression that your qualifing spot is where your gate pick comes from per class and you don't drop one, you just get to drop one of your actual moto finishes for the O/A on sunday.
