The MX guys need to go see what desert and Enduro teams are doing. Oversized radiators, high pressure rad cap, ceramic coat the exhaust, cooling fan, radiator socks, soak the bike in mud-off, pack every nook and cranny with foam, stiffer suspension, particularly up front, hand guards, richen the mixture a touch, and let it rip!

You don't think they're doing that already? Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Husky and KTM have been racing motocross and offroad at the factory level all over the world since the 1960s. You don't think they acquired any of this knowledge in that time?

A very fine bullet proof mesh, like some Kevlar screening, to cover the radiators. There are companies that make mesh covers, those work.
I’d add or enlarge radiators fans to the back sides (on draw)
Add a piece of fender to the bottom of present fender (lengthen, if contracts allow you to)
