Has there ever been, in the history of Supercross - a bigger jacked-up, stacked-up,
wadded-up heap of well-colored debris - than the 250 (Lites?) main at Dallas ?
I counted fifty two bikes, seventy-three riders and three sets of spare bars and levers
tossed about like a dirt tsunami in a retarded shopping - cart factory.
Nobody injured, no red-flagging and most of the top dudes down ?
That, my friends, was a Category Five (5) Incident.
Rates right up there with the French-Onion soup explosion at the #6 Condom plant
cafeteria fire in July - of 1985.
They should put tough blocks out just past the corner and make them re enter closer to the corner.
it would force them to get back on the track behind anyone that didn't crash.
The Shop
It is, after all, a show right?

Pit Row
AMA Supercross Rulebook, Chapter 5, Par 3 :
" If the rider sees a whole bunch of his fellow riders all strewn about the track - and there
looks to be an avenue of opportunity, quickly glance around to see if anyone's
watchin' - if not, go ahead and see if you can get away with it. . Hell, you know damn
well if the schnizzle was on the other foot, those bungholes wouldn't be waiting for you..."
Haven't seen Jacksonville but I hope it is back to their quality first turns we've come to know and love as well as having the flat turns that made Atlanta the best racing of the year in BOTH classes.
Ya the AMA is dumb for not restarting that, i mean what else do ya need a couple of bikes to blow up or something.
On a side not I loved the layout, it actually looked challenging and not a super-fast-one-lined-made-for-stewart-freeway.
