One race was all he needed to believe in himself again. He's coming on strong in this moto. Wouldn't be surprised if he wins it.

He's good for a moto win or two every year, but then he will get some DNFs and mid pack motos etc. Doubt he is ever a title threat. Blush

Blake Baggett has been the most mysterious and fascinating 450 rider for years now. Either cruising in 12th or obliterating the field for a win/podium. There is no in between, and I'm not sure he himself understands the phenomenon.

I really like Baggett. Cool style and really nice and down to earth in person. Been around a while and I like that he invested in himself by making his own track and buying all his own equipment and stuff to maintain the place.

His bike is basically factory KTM right?

Today was awesome for Blake and to string two together is even better. Been following him since the begining. He looked about 95% Chupacabra today to me, not a full 100% like when he is REALLY on it. By far the resugence of BB is the best story of 2020 so far.

I sense some desperation from Baggett...as if he knows his career is winding down. Wrist issues, approaching 30, trying to sell his compound...could be his last hurrah, and he wants to leave nothing on the table. Really hoping he can finish strong.

How good were his line choices today!
Shame he couldnt get passed Marvin earlier, killed his momentum once through.

It’s nice to see him stoked and running up front.

Other than the first sentence, I'd say you're right

(oh, and the compound isn't really for sale, right now)

Blake is sure fun to watch when he's on his A-game. I thought he was going to get AC in that second moto , but AC rode great and held him off.
