This question was asked on our local site.
So a local motorsports group has a chance to build a racetrack on a parcel of land that looks pretty good. It has nice soil, a water source, plenty of room for parking, paved access--all of the better ingredients for a track. It's also close to Reno.
There is one catch though: the track and pit area are pretty close--within plain sight, at least--to a couple of brothels: the Wild Horse and the New Mustang.
Does this bother anyone? Is it OK for a racetrack to be immediate neighbors with a brothel?
All thoughts are appreciated.

The Shop
build it in between em for Confortes sakes!
Sound may be an issue though.
Youd be out lookin for half your riders long through the night.
Pit Row
It's a win-win situation. I wonder if we can get them to build a brothel or two near our tracks here...
Arm-pump ? You need to go next door then.
Another thing is that the track is really close to some really bad places. I've never heard of any trouble there though. When you leave the highway you pass a prison and big flea market that sells things like hubcaps and wheels? I've never stopped to check it out, I'm probably not in their target market.
There is one real cool thing though, there really aren't and houses close, it's kind of an industrial community so no neighbors to get upset over noise or dust. The facility is actually on a packing plant property, dog food I think. Doesn't smell very good. Oh yeah, they have great dirt and a great layout. You can actually ride there the day after the St. Louis SX. It's about seven miles from the Dome.

You probaby won't find anything on the site about strip joints, prisons or flea markets. Those are just extras...
