@twmxdotcom RV is getting by lappers cleanly in the wider, more open sections of the track, while Dungey gets caught up in the single-file corners.

He must have slammed hard... Looked slow getting up. Hope he is alright...

I've been reading a book about base training from a very well respected cycling trainer in the cycling world. He stated it takes elite cyclist about three years to fully build up their base. It kind of made me thing about how long RV has been working with Aldon. There's no doubt the man is stronger and fitter this year than he was in 2011, which kind of sucks for me, because I want to see close racing!!!

My video stream is almost a minute or more off live timing. I saw the slow lap time on the timing screen way before they showed Dungey on the ground.

Dungeys lap time is back down to a 2:05. He must have shaken off the crash. He was definitely taking it easy right after the fall.
