I posted this in a thread about BB4's suspension and it got me wondering what the situations really is. Hopefully someone can clarify it for me....
The rule in the 250 class states a $7,175 retail price cap for suspension. How can Pro Circuit run A-kits and charge 10k + for them retail?

I believe they can do wherever they want for the public, but if it's an AMA pro it has a price cap.
The air fork is a work in progress for sure!
Like let it pass thru a few hands and claim it was used.
Enforcement is optional depending on who's involved and which of the Japanese factories threatens to pull their team from the series.
Or they just ignore it totally like they have for over 40 years.
