I was surprised they only mentioned it once in the broadcast. That wouldn't have been a good race to be under-powered.

I actually wish more 250 guys would try and do that.

I don't think they are allowed to race both classes on one single night though right?

Why wasn't Josh in the 250 East group?

Because the east contained the best 20, as opposed to the 450 where the top 40 qualifiers got into the night show

He rode 450 class
He was honest to himself and didn't think he'd qualify for the 250 main at SX.
Also rode Arenacross on Friday night and made both mains and podiumed 3rd in the lites main.
yes, the 450 LCQ pays much more than the 250's.
6th in 450 lcq is $1265
6th in 250 lcq in $576

Finishing 22nd in a main event isn't making a privateer money when factoring in travel, accommodations, bikes, parts etc

I understand that...but I don't understand you previous post..hence the "what?".

You're saying...
450 main - 20th pays $3000
250 man - 20th pays $3001

-3000
-3001

As in negative 3000

450 sx also gives a rider points towards a national number. The 250 sx doesn't give a rider any national points towards a national number.
