I spoke with Jonathan yesterday and the 2 stroke invitational is going to be very exciting!
So it got me thinking......who would we..... the fans.... like to see in this race?
I'm from MD and wrenched for MD riders Tom Welch, Billy Schlag and Ted Orr so of course I would like to see them ride in it..........and Michael Moore.
It would be nice to see some kind of a Kevin Crine memorial lap too.
I wonder where Shawn Player is these days.....he got me started wrenching at the Nat & Trans USA races in 1981 !

Hey, you asked.
On a note that probably wouldn't "upset" the mfg's, I'm guessing at some time there will need to be some kind of decision as to what exactly the 2 stroke races are. Are they a chance to see old iron with their equally "refined" riders, or is it going to be an actual race featuring what's left of a superior engine design killed by politics?
Same goes for any other race also.

Someone told me awhile ago Moore is totally done with it.
Welch on a number 69, that would be cool.
I was wondering if TP might show up to battle with RC again!
Here is a couple fast MD riders.
Pit Row
Bubba should have made a surprise visit to Red Bud.
Actually, they should both ride 125's, just to give the others a chance. Not much of a chance, but a chance nonetheless.
Some pros would be nice. Welch deserves a spot, having owned the Vet classes for so many years.
Travis freaking Pastrana. Local.
Randall...Kevin Walker...Toth or any of the fast local kids that rule at Budds.
On my true wish list: RC, Albertyn, Langston, and Bayle!
