I couldn't figure out who this was and guessed Myerscough and google says I was right. This is my favorite era, especially the weird-ass bikes. He always had a pro look about him.

Flyin' Brian career derailed by hypoglycemia one of my favourites growing up, the sports true heyday.

My brother-in-law and I drove there from Phoenix with our bikes. We left on Thursday night and went to Saddleback Park on Friday. Brian Myerscough was there with Chris Haines his mechanic. They running down the factory Suzuki 250 as he was going to run the support class that weekend. It was great to spend some time talking with them. Brian had a pretty big get off that day and had a gnarly rash on his four arm. My brother-in-law was so excited to pick up the Suzuki after he crashed. It was a great day and even better weekend as Brian won the support class and Moates beat all the Euros.

I know there is no Genie In a bottle or time machine.... but if there was!!! Standing trackside and watching this guy ride would definitely be high on the list..

Marc Peters once told me that you could tell who brian was on the track because "he was the only guy doing 100 things in a corner" and goes on to show this animateded all over the bike riding style..

That always stuck in my head, like if it made this impression on him... it was one of those things that you had to see... I guess kinda like seeing Bubba bust out the scrub and people are looking around wondering whats hes doing... then playing catchup to implement the new style/technique of riding.
