Going back to a 2 smoke.
Looking forward to building the bike
As a vet there will be plenty of not needed Bling.
Pretty good batch or parts and Ti bolts and nuts already to go.

Yes I was all over the place.
Wanted a Kawi SR(missed deposit at Clawsons by a day but was not crushed so that got me thinking)
Then was thinking Beta 300rx
And landed on the YZ after watching Keefer and Preston’s review.
This is going to be a fun one
That tote is full of functional and bling parts.
Hope to Race the Oatfield with the gang next month or American MX for sure.

Right into tear down(especially for springs)
I should have some pics up on Sunday.
The track I ride has been underwater for a bit so I might as well just build the bike.
Cody from Olmy Creations in Fresno will be handling the graphics.
I will most likely pull the forks back off and coat the lower tubes.
Being a vet rider and having no money and crappy bikes growing up.
I like to do some of this extra stuff that I know really has not value due my ability or lack there of.

Looking forward to see some pictures! Congrats on the new bike! Smile

Tbh I dont understand why we need to
‘justify’ buying nice things for ourselves. I am a vet guy myself and I have the money to spare for nice parts and I like it. Its fun! If someone doesnt like it, too bad for them!

These?
These?

Now they, are Cool.

I'm the most non bling bloke you could come across, just have squizz at my CRE in my avatar. Some plastics from 91 / 92, while having an Otto bin with around 6 sets of sparkling new plastics, awaiting their use. Maybe when it becomes a Garage Queen - well, I hope that never comes to pass. Not to mention the contact on the tank, whose edges are held down by duct tape........

But those things are trick, and so much stronger than std brittle ( at least mine are) plastic ones. Though, I'd have to get silver ones, or, break out the caustic soda tub. Woohoo

Bingo. Your $. Your choices. Lotta jealousy when people build bikes.

Agreed,
They better strap in if the new 23 RMZ is all new.
I’ll have a blast building and racing that bike also.
I loved my 14 .
Decided to go with GYTR ignition and Clutch covers so they are on the road.

Finally got the bike dirty today
Next weekend hitting DT1 in Tulare.

My 2014

For now just the head and VForce
I’m not a small guy so I can see a 300cc kit down the road.
For suspension I have the right spring on the shock and in the forks.
Thinking get some hours on the bike then go from there.
Most likely a revalve and DLC coating for the forks
Working on the graphics and a few more pieces now.

Grabbed then from Enzo’s eBay store.
They had a set of coated uppers but I like the stock finish.
Maybe a vortex ignition but I want to put some time on the bike before I decide on that.
Should also pick up the Graphics from olmy creations in Fresno tomorrow.
