This will be a bike for my youngest son (5yrs old). He is very talented and will soon need more challenges on the track. He is currently riding a sx50 mini and it is about WOT most of the time. So what I’m going to do is putting a 65 engine in a 2017 sx50 chassi. My first thought when I got the idea was to machine the cases so it would fit on the swing arm and then modify the engine brackets. But after I did some measuring it wouldn’t be the way to go. So I got a complete sx65 from 2011 that I will use the bottom part of the frame and the swing arm (shortened). I have stripped down both bikes and the next thing to do is a chassi “jig” to keep the swing arm position on the 50 frame when I cut it.

I just don't get the logic.
