Looks really nice 👍🏻 My oldest son rides a -19 bike, almost 200 hours on it now and thinking about rebuild it completely like yours or buy a -21.

Honestly man if you plan on building it you’re better off to go with the 19 because you’re going to replace half of the shit anyways. The only real difference with the 21 is I believe they got an updated brake caliper that’s about it

I’m so far out of the loop on mini’s these days, so does this thing start life as a 105 and just get the cylinder and head touched up or is it an 85 big wheel that gets a new cylinder altogether?

Starts as 85cc with 19/16 wheel combo. You order Ktm 105 kit which comes with new cylinder/head/piston/CDI. To get to true 112 it gets stroked also. Head is custom machines for the 112. All transmission and motor internals were tumbled and polished also. We had to tone it down a little with gearing because the motor is a handful and has a ton of power.

Didn't think there would be a interest in a RMZ build. This one has a lot of trick items plus I'm getting a couple more really trick RMZ's in soon

What crank and piston do you use in it? I'm building my daughters practice bike into a full 112cc, but once I got the crank in I realized I needed either a cylinder spacer or modded piston or different head insert. What did you go with? Her race bike is a Lynk's build that should be here in a few days and it looks like they have a custom head, custom piston, and use 2 0.5mm base gaskets.

For a true 112 you need to machine the cylinder head to accept the stroked crank.
