For someone to do what MC did will take innovation. JS had the best shot to break his record with his "new" style of riding a SX track. However that feat looks suspect at this time. It will take someone to come along with another innovation that elevates the speed again..doesn't seem possible but who knows....maybe there is an X-man...

Yes, what he said. I love the sound of two strokes but the fact is I just cannot ride it as fast AS long as I can a four stroke. Stick shift cars are cool too but automatics seem to have made their mark! its the nature of humans...have the ability to do the same thing with less effort..OF COURSE...

yes, I agree, there are many US fans of Euro riders. How can you not like Kroc? I want Tomac to win the championship but I don't want Kroc to do bad...if he won it, I would be like...good for him, the kid is awesome. Herlings can be an ass and all that but the fact is..as of now...the sport...

All the talk about the tracks and how difficult they are does not matter one bit. The best should and will rise to the top, regardless of what track they are on. They all race the same track. Stewart pushes the envelope more than others..when he doesn't crash he is spectacular, when he does, he is a lawn dart. There...

Agree with most of the statements....people like to see the "knockout" blow in boxing, not the "win by decision" for the most part. RV and JS have the knock out speed on most occasions (more so than Dunge although he certainly has it in many cases outdoors) and they both can be aggressive. CR certainly is not afraid to make...

Yeah, this is me somewhat. Love the two strokes and feel faster on them (probably not though) but I get so tired on them compared to four stroke...and I don't know about that traction thing...the two stroke scares the hell out of me when the track is hard and wet.

Dang, that is nice!! I love how small the motor area is on 2-strokes...just can't ride them anymore without getting exausted after 5 laps.

That was cool! The torque from an electric motor is amazing.holeshot everytime!..I guess its just power duration from the batteries is in question....no way that could last the whole race could it..? Those things are light too..what 160 lbs or so..no wonder he could carve and move around all those downed bikes........but the lack of sound..weird.

The bike is dampened through the spring but the rider is not, that's what is missing here. As the bike rebounds, it pushes the rider up, the bike too but the bike has damping which obviously "damps" the bike from "springing" up. However, the rider is not "dampened" so he keeps moving up and if he does it right will...
